Guest relations

We promise to make your guests feel welcome and secure throughout their holiday in your property, so we also offer the following guests services.

An optional welcome pack that we are able to purchase and supply at a moderate cost. In our experience this is greatly appreciated by guests, particularly when arriving on Sundays or public holidays where shops are closed and information on arrival is limited. 

Welcome letter on arrival including information regarding any local events held during their stay, places to eat and places to visit etc.

Meeting and greeting the guests with key hand over and a comprehensive tour of your property and garden with all important information relating to the safety of themselves and the care of your home. This service is provided within our guest relations fee, however please note that arrivals after 2100hrs will attract an additional surcharge.

Complimentary´Expressions´ toiletries in bathrooms.

Complimentary chilled Cava on arrival.

All guests are left with an Expressions questionnaire, which enables us to monitor guest satisfaction.

This information will be collated and presented to you, allowing you to be made aware of any recommendations or problems that are highlighted by your guests.
