Welcome letter on arrival including information regarding any local events held during their stay, places to eat and places to visit etc.

Meeting and greeting the guests with key hand over and a comprehensive tour of your property and garden with all important information relating to the safety of themselves and the care of your home.

Courtesy call to see guests 48 hours after their arrival to ensure all is well and cover any queries they may have.

Complimentary´Expressions´ toiletries in bathrooms.

Complimentary chilled Cava on arrival.

Contact details of ´Expressions´staff in case of need or emergency – 24 hour telephone contact available.

Collection of keys with property and equipment check at the end of the letting period.

Property owners informed immediately of any discrepancies.

Questionnaire for guests enabling us to monitor our performance and provide feedback to property owners any relevant comments received.

Whilst we feel that all the above services are important to your guests and the overal service standard delivered, we provide a flexible service, so if you feel you do not require all of the above services, please discuss your requirements with us.

Costs are dependent on the level of service provided and therefore can be discussed individually.
